We will sand your floor 4 times prior to applying any stain or polyurethane using a 36 grit sand paper 60 grit 80 grit then a 120 grit screen to ensure smoothness, then we screen with 120 grit screen between coats.

We offer 2 types of polyurethane:

*Oil base which takes approx. 8-10 hrs to dry without being able to be walked on between coats.After sanding 1 coat is applied then 2nd day 1 coat and final coat the 3rd day,3 coats are applied.

*Water base poly which dries within 2 hours and can be walked on.4 coats are applied.After sanding 2 coats are applied the first day 2 the 2nd.
